With the help of more than 1,000 volunteers, on April 30th the REC held the largest Earth Day Cleanups in recent years, removing 36 tons of trash from 65 sites throughout Worcester!

The Cleanups are truly a community-wide event, and only possible with the participation and support of many partners. We are tremendously grateful for your support, in the form of sponsorships, donations of gloves and bags, and for asking your friends and family to join you on the streets early on a Saturday morning!  As you can see, we were able to make a strong impact,
