Worcester has had a busy season of Earth Day activities!
On April 14 hundreds of people took over Elm Park as part of the Step It Up Festival to send a message to Congress that carbon emissions must be reduced.
On April 20 the EcoTarium hosted a fabulous Earth Day Festival to celebrate the planet.
On April 21, local company Metech teamed up with REC and the Department of Public Works and Parks to offer a Free Household Electronics Recycling Day.
And tomorrow, Saturday, April 28, the REC will be holding Worcester's 18th annual Earth Day Cleanups! Cleanups are scheduled to happen at 61 sites throughout the city...maybe we'll see you at one!
