REC is seeking one half-time Commonwealth Corp member to support a network of over 40 community gardens, serving 600+ gardeners. They will work in collaboration with our on site youth farming program, YouthGROW, to plan and coordinate garden education workshops and to connect youth to leadership opportunities and meaningful ways to support urban food production. In addition, they will collaborate with other members to leverage 100+ volunteers that will be engaged in hands-on garden support and maintenance and urban food production for food insecure neighborhoods.
