WORCESTER REGIONAL FOOD HUB KITCHEN INCUBATOR - TENANT HIGHLIGHT

With the opening of its Incubator Kitchen in June 2016, Worcester Regional Food Hub welcomes Seven Hills Farmstead, a specialty food business based in Rutland, MA. Giulio and Carol Caperchi, Seven Hills owners and founders, create traditional, rustic Italian recipes with a commitment to a culture of food transparency. Wherever possible, Seven Hills sources only the freshest, most wholesome ingredients from their family farm in Rutland as well as from the rich landscape of neighboring farmers and producers that New England has to offer.

“Working at the Worcester Regional Food Hub has been a fantastic experience. The range of equipment is extensive, the organization is flawless and all of our needs were met” says Giulio, “Working with Dave and Brian has been a breeze, they helped us through logistical and organizational hurdles with great professionalism.” Seven Hills exemplifies the strong connection between growers and eaters that is essential to a robust, regional food system. Worcester Regional Food Hub exists to bolster and cultivate this connection, promoting equitable access to healthy, locally produced foods.
