The position of Junior Staff is YouthGROW's highest level of leadership. Youth who are selected for this role work closely with REC staff, serving as role models and resources for their peers and advocating for the needs, interests, and ideas of the YouthGROW cohort. This year, Bob Nuah and Cody Richards will be joining Maya Paul and Lawreta Kankum as Junior Staff. We welcome you to share in our excitement and learn a little more about Bob and Cody!

What do you love most about YouthGROW? What I love most about YouthGROW is meeting new friends in the summer and building new connections and having the chance to inspire others to want to do better in life for their community.
What are you most excited about being a Junior Staff? I'm excited to show everyone that you can do anything you put your mind to and am looking forward to this summer!
Cody Richards, 12th Grade, 4th Year in YouthGROW
What do you love most about YouthGROW? What I love most about YouthGROW is the fact that I can spend a summer having fun while obtaining leadership skills, job skills, turn friends into family, and learn so many things that will help me in the future.
What are you most excited about being a Junior Staff? I'm excited about helping other youth follow the same steps I have. I am ready to give it all I've got this summer and am excited for all of the fun, adventurous journeys YouthGROW contains.
